To bring this experience to young minds, Career Width, in association with the M3M Foundation, Doctors For You, is happy to introduce the Mediminds Internship Program – an innovative, fully-funded project for high school students who dream of healthcare.
How Mediminds Started
Firmly established in 2023, the Mediminds Internship Program was conceived on a simple yet strong concept: to engage, educate, and develop socially conscious future healthcare professionals. With the concerted initiative of Career Width, a top study-abroad and career guidance portal, M3M Foundation, a well-known community welfare name, and Doctors For You, a renowned name for disaster response and public health, Mediminds soon became a national-level program.
In 2024, the initiative scaled new heights as YFLO (Young FICCI Ladies Organization) partnered to enhance its mission. Their endowment provided more resources, networks, and avenues of mentorship, further accelerating the program’s coverage and impact.

Who is Eligible for the Mediminds Internship?
The Mediminds Program is suited for:
- Class 11 & 12 High School Students from any stream with an interest in medicine, healthcare, public health, or social service
- Those students who evince a real enthusiasm to learn and serve
- Those who are willing to venture out of their comfort zone and experience real-life exposure
Note: Since the program is completely sponsored, the selection is competitive and based on application, recommendations, and interviews.
Application Process for Mediminds
- Submission of Application Form
Students interested in pursuing the course should fill up the official application form, stating their interest and providing information about their background and motivation.
- Shortlisting & Screening
The applications are screened by a panel, and the shortlisted students are called for interviews.
- Interaction Round
Shortlisted students go through an interaction round in which their communication skills, interest towards healthcare, and social responsibility are evaluated.
- Final Selection & Orientation
Selected pupils are confirmed and undergo an orientation program prior to the commencement of their internship.
Program Duration
The Mediminds Internship lasts for 1 week, subject to the individual schedule and activities of a cohort. The program involves a mix of field visits, interactive sessions, workshops, and mentorship sessions, providing a holistic, intensive learning experience.
Program Certificate
Certificate of Participation awarded for successfully completing the Mediminds Internship Program, fostering healthcare exposure and social responsibility in students.
